Throughout the year we will be holding various Catch Wrestling Workshops, each with a theme that will focus on a different area of Catch Wrestling. Our experienced coaches welcome wrestlers of all levels and abilities to join. Our 3-hour Workshops are available through our Shop Section and you can also purchase multiple Workshops, at a discounted price.
