Do you struggle with takedowns? Do you struggle on the ground? Do you struggle with submissions?

Throughout the year, we will be holding various Catch Wrestling Workshops, each with a theme that will focus on a different area of Catch Wrestling. Our experienced coaches welcome wrestlers of all levels and abilities to join. Our 3-hour Workshops are available through our Shop Section or click the one you are interested and book on.
