This workshop is heavily based on what to do in a match when your opponent turtles up. A good wrestler will always have a strong base, but you may find yourself up against a less-than-good wrestler or someone with a heavy BJJ background. Who, when underneath, may opt to go in to the turtle position
Learn the many different ways in Catch to ensure someone gives you an opening, whether that be their head, an arm, or a leg.
This workshop is popular with our BJJ community who like to take elements of Catch and apply it in their attacking game.
