Here at The SnakePit its obvious we love Catch Wrestling….BUT…..we know of so many of our students and visitors also participate in BJJ.
Although our ruleset is very different, we know there are many facets to Catch Wrestling that can help improve your offensive and defensive game.
So we put together this workshop which is specifically designed to help bridge the gap between Catch Wrestling and BJJ
Designed with the input of some black belt BJJ practitioners, we know it is one not to miss out on!!
