They are also an ideal foundation for refreshing your memory and perfecting Catch techniques. They also include the assessment checklists needed for any wrestling assessment as these are completed by your coach when you feel you have reached the perfection mark in that drill.
Please note that if Manuals are being used for Accreditation purposes, hard copies will be needed for coaches to assess, stamp & sign off throughout the week.
