Description
Level 4 – Part 1 focuses on further leg attacks and counters to techniques already covered. It also includes how to use your opponents elbow to secure the pin. The second section focuses on submission and totally concentrates on the double wrist lock with 7 different variations including counters.
Please note that if this Manual is being used for Accreditation purposes, a hard copy will be needed for coaches to assess, stamp & sign off throughout the week.
