This course covers the Level 4 Techniques from the manual, taught over 5 days.
In Level 4, we cover more advanced techniques, including the Double Wrist Lock.
This is a step up from Level 3 course, and a very good level of Fitness is required.
A Level 4 Manual is required for this course.
