Catch As Catch Can Wrestling Accreditation Course Level 2 – 2nd June
This course covers the Level 2 Techniques from the manual.
In Level 2, we progress on from Level 1, teaching more advanced techniques, including throws, pins, and submissions from hooking-in.
This is a step up from Level 1 course, and a good level of Fitness is required.
