Switching From Freestyle To Catch
We are excited to bring to you a workshop we have been wanting to deliver for some time.
The SnakePit World Championships has had contestants enter who have only ever practiced and competed in Freestyle. But we often hear from them “I wasn’t too sure about the Catch Wrestling, I was a bit nervous” This is why we wanted to put together a workshop which introduces a freestyle wrestler in to Catch. Give them a taste of the submissions, the Mat Wrestling.
Whether you have competed in freestyle or not, this is a great opportunity to get on the mat and try Catch for the first time as we look at some of the fundamentals
